Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, though a bit dated, were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our little one to play around. However, there were some areas that seemed hastily fixed up, and the wait time for room readiness was unclear. The service, especially from the bar, restaurant, and reception staff, was friendly, but the limitation on drink orders made it hard for us with a baby. The location offered fun for the kids, with great pools, but the dining experience was marred by fly infestations and food issues. Despite some negatives, it was a value family holiday in a nice area.
